Jainendra Nath Ojha [protected] DHS03164. I have already paid 17 lacs but have neither received possession nor refund of my money for construction promised by builder in 2021.
Please refund my money.

Yes, this also happened to me. In 2018 and 2019, I have booked 2 LIG flats but there has been no further information received since 5 years even though I have sent them my application refund status through speed post. This is completely a fraud company and govt. should take legal action against them.
I want a full refund including interest charges for application numbers: DGH03307 and DSH03380

I think they haven't got land sanctioned from DDA for past 5-6 years when this fraud started and their court case is going on.

Do you got any status from them on refund ?
