Address:E-Block 190B Street no.07 Shastri park Delhi 110053

Meter generated without taking reading with the status as MLOC but the meter is working totally fine and Bill amount is also generated Rs.800 (Bill no.[protected] Bill Date 30-MAY-2024.
Last meter reading was 432/OK nut now it came as / MLOC but as we can see in our meter it has the reading 467 at the time I am writing this message (30-MAY-2024). I am also attaching the photo of the meter with these message. Please take the needful...

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that we have been facing a severe shortage of water supply for many years. Many elections have come and gone, but for the past 20 years, there has been an ongoing water supply outage. The situation has become more critical in the past 10 years. Once a month, after filing a complaint, we receive a water tanker, but only at the mercy of the driver and the booking...

Since past 4days There is no water supply in the Okhla vihar area, tired of requesting for the tanker or making arrangements to correct the situation, but nobody is there to resolve the issues, no responsibility for the work, Kindly look into this matter seriously and do the needful....
