Respected sir residents of apartment opposite to flat 362/1 burari delhi 84, gali no 10 has taken illegal water connection during construction of new water pipeline, they don't have water meter thus also don't get bill. They paid the construction workers to take illegal connection. The apartment area is large to take water connection total 8 flats have taken illegal connection. Though we don't take photos but this was known by everyone and one resident has taken a video, you can run investigations or can send employee but all know about their illegal connection.
