Harassment on the Roads

I have become a recent victim of the Delhi Traffic Police for doing Challans and not listening to any arguments. They are believed to have targets and for them it is sheer business. This is to Inform you , there is deployment of too many speed breakers on a single route on NH24 starting from Shahdara Flyover till Dilshad Garden, on some flyovers on the road the speed breakers are unnecessarily deployed while moving up on a flyover which is just not necessary at all and reduces the traffic speed which further leads to congestion at peak hours.
