This is to inform you that I lost my 2 water meters that served ground floor house no. C-62 63 in avantika sector -1 Rohini Delhi.
It's my humble request to you to plz help me with lodging a fir which will allow me to get me new meters.
The meters got stolen while I was asleep at night.

My brother was driving the bike and get a challan of 2000/-for pressure horn so we paid for it. But when we go back to take rc officials told us to pay the another challan of 2000/- because the ownership of the bike was on my name. How it is legitimate. We cant expect a vehicle for everyone in our country, i think it may also cause more pollution.
