Delhi Police — money dedicated from phone pe

This is regards to incident which has happened yeterday 7th april 6:32 pm, one of my friend of friend was sending some amout of my to my phone and called me up and intrusted to recevied the money but he was send the request to pay him and i was just paying to him i havent check my balance later on one i have checked 80, 000 was dedicated from my bank account and now the person is not picking up the call and most of the time its coming switch off i am the screen shot for your refrence request you to provide us the address details or else please suggest how to proceed further
