I am contesting the notice 46279598,

1. Delhi Traffic police is charging 5 x For a single violation .
2. Over speeding charges is Rs 400
3. Delhi Traffic send a challan for Rs 2000 .
3. Past Violation date showing[protected] however i got a Notice by[protected]
4. Why there is a Delay in Notice by traffic police and why Delhi Traffic police is charging Rs 2000 without any reason .

Dear Sir/Madam

As per record of the Transport Department vehicle No. UP16BE4251 stands registered in your name. As per our Camera captured violation record, the above mentioned vehicle has been found being driven at an excessive speed in contravention of the prescribed speed limits on[protected] at Carriageway Akshardham to Sarai Kale khan Near Just before Yamuna Bridge at 07:03 Hrs which is a violation of section 183 of Motor Vehicle Act 1988. The question of prosecuting him is taken into consideration.

You are therefore intimated through this notice to pay the compounding amount for this traffic violation as proposed in this notice on weblink https://delhitrafficpolice.nic.in within 60 days from the date of issue of this notice.

Non-compliance of this notice may result in forwarding the challan to the Court for prosecution against you as per law.

परिवहन विभाग के रिकॉर्ड के अनुसार वाहन संख्या UP16BE4251, आपके नाम पर पंजीकृत है। हमारे कैमरे के उल्लंघन के रिकॉर्ड के अनुसार, उपर्युक्त वाहन तारीख[protected] को Carriageway Akshardham to Sarai Kale khan Near Just before Yamuna Bridge, समय 07:03 बजे निर्धारित गति सीमा से अत्यधिक गति से चलता पाया गया है, जोकि मोटर वाहन अधिनियम 1988 की धारा 183 का उल्लंघन है। उस पर अभियोजन चलाने की कार्यवाही बनती है।
