Delhi Police — rc with the traffic police and not returning

Challan has been generated on 17th september 2019 vide challan no. Dl[protected] and dl[protected] and rc has been taken by traffic police but message was received for only one challan and online checking also payment is showing for one challan and for other challan no payment is showing. But the traffic police is not returning my rc and i need it for other purpose.

The red light near santom hospital, Pitampura is not working. Due to this too much traffic is happening, and also its getting very difficult for old people to Cross the road. There have been many accidents that have happened there, but people are being just irresponsible and neglected. I would request you to fix the problem as soon as possible.
