Delhi Police — Wrong Over speed challan of vehicle No. UP-14-EB-0040.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that, today i.e. 22/02/2021 i had received a challan of overspeed in vasant vihar circle, with a speed as indicated in camera is 61 km/h. In this regard I would like to state that my vehicle is having some technical fault by which it cant go beyong 35 to 40 km/ h hardly. So, it is impossible for my vehicle to run at a speed of 61 km/h.
Kindly cancel my challan as soon as you rectify it.
