Delhi Traffic — Challan to be taken against fruit sellers

As per above subject mentioned I Mr. Davinder senior citizen would like to inform you that no challan had been taken against the fruit sellers who stand in front of the buss stand. This is my third reminder to you but no action taken place against the above subject mentioned complaint. You are requested to take action and dont allow them to stand there due to this huge traffic jam unable to pass the road. Hope this time you will take action Regards DAVINDER
