[Resolved]  Delhi Traffic Police — Unauthorized parking of Personal Vehicles on main street

I Want to draw the attention of the authorities to the growing nuisance caused by the Personal Vehicals park in small street. address street no 43 back side mahavir enclave part 3 uttam nagar nd 110059
Everyone peoples are facing this problem.
i can't do that due to unauthorized Maruti Omni parked at my front of entrance gate . No body can go in any emergency while they park his Van at main street .Its causing choking of road, denting personal cars.
Last time i had told to my neighbor to give the pass to us for my personal things at home, at that time they abused and fight with us.They are given to threats to us.Please help us.
