I alongwith my minor son am traveling in Bus no. DL1PD6339 route no. 906 Tis Hazari to west enclave. I asked to conductor for tickets i.e. one full and one half for west enclave for my child. But conductor took from me 40 rupees for both tickets and gave me one ticket for 25 rupees from ISBT to west enclave and another ticket for rs 15 from ISBT to Shastri Nagar. I asked from the conductor for proper ticket but he denied for the same and gave information that the ticket of rs 15 is valid for West enclave. Conductor took from me amount but did not provide proper journey ticket
