Delhi Transit Services — Miss behave, without uniform, i ask for seat which is besides there seat was free the day by bus conductor

Dear Sir

I took transit (cluster) orange bus at 10:50am date 15/03/2017 route number 883 registration no. DL 1P D 0037.from haider pur towards uttam nagar. I entered in the bus i seen a seat which was free no body on that seat besides conductor seat i ask for seat to conductor suddenly he deny. I asked the reason why ? He replied its my wish. I said that its free no body on the seat so why u deny? again he said its my wish. Then i said no problem give me complain book again he deny to give me complain book. I said that i will complain yours online. He said go anywhere do complain anywhere where u want. He said no body cant do anything and start argument with me . So kindly do something as soon as possible.
