[Resolved]  Delhi University — Rs500 deducted from my account against individual marksheet download but not yet received payment proof and even unable to download

Rs 500 has been deducted from my account against payment of individual marksheet (part-1 semester-2) but no fee slip no has been generated or sent by the university. I am not able to access my marksheet as well. Also, I am not able to download free individual semester wise marksheet it shows " No record found". Moreover semester-3, 4 marksheets (which are paid) also show's the same thing
