Delhivery — urgent follow-up: delivery attempts marked as failed despite updated contact details (tracking id: 19041718853213)

Shiprocket, the platform managing my shipment, has contacted me on the updated mobile number that I provided in multiple reattempt requests. However, Delhivery, which is the actual courier handling the delivery, is not even visiting the delivery location or calling me on the updated number. Instead, the delivery agent is simply marking the attempts as 'failed - customer unreachable.'

Delhivery — delhivery scam

They have taken the machine from LG and have not delivered it in 15 days. When you call to check shipment status they just say your number is not registered. The package shows out of delivery but the guy marked it as I am unable to pick it up. He might have kept it for his own use. Pathetic poor scam experience...

I ordered it and prepaid on 5th march and it was already out and now its showing exception While The amazon says dispatched and delhivery says the order is canceled and not picked. Please provide me updates on it. I ordered this for my biker bsf.
