I purchased a combo product from https://g-intact.myshopify.com/products/amazing-combo and chose payment mode as COD. But this is fraud. It is not delivered the correct product to me. But I paid money to Ekart logistics. Now I want to return the product and get back my money. I didn't find any interface to return the product. When I track the product through Ekart I found that this is coming from merchant NMB. Please suggest how to return this product and get my money back or I'm happy to deliver the right product to me. Shipment ID - NMBC[protected] and the money paid ref No[protected]. Please help us to resolve this.
