[Resolved] Dell / CompuIndia — Delay in Delivery from almost a week

The package which I was supposed to receive on 22 May 2014 is at FedEx's local destination Facility as shown on the FedEx tracking page from last day and yet it's showing no progress on its delivery. I also called them and they told me that it'll be delivered by Friday but I haven't received it yet. AWB No. :[protected] Delhi, India :(

Regarding Cashback

I made a laptop purchase at time of diwali offer. In that 5% cashback will be refunded in account in monnth of December. I paid amt through STATE BANK OF INDIA. But still i didn't get any confirmation.
