i ordered DELL product order no[protected] online sales person Mr. Hemanth Rai.on 25th april i oredered and got a confirmation mail from DELL. they told me product will be delivered to you within 7-10 working days .after that company ignored me completely and after trying to contact they always lied to me regarding delivery .they didn't pickup phone call and if they pick up suddenly disconnects . on contact no. [protected] always female person keeps me on hold and sales person Mr. Hemanth Rai didn't pick my calls . regional sales manager Prateek Bajaj, Hemanth Rai and i on a conference commited to 5th - 6th may 2014 for dilivery.again they didn't informed me and on contacting they told me 9th may 2014 .on 9th they told 12th may 2014 .on told 12th Hemanth Rai is absent as told by female person and regional sales manager prateek bajaj . now regional sales manager prateek bajaj add a new issue and told me to send me a hard copy of documents for getting product which never told to me .this whole process is getting worst and worst by there communictions and trying to divert there mistake on my side .i have all mails and nothing is told to me regarding hard copy .more over indirectly Pradeep told me to maintain relationship we give some extra benifits to customer . i thought Pradeep Bajaj trying to hide hemant rai by asking em to send HARD copy of document whose scan copy i already mailed .
