Den Cable Gurgaon — den cable harassment due new policy

I am facing worst kind of harassment and total lack of channel viewing on my cable ever since new policy. Have three connections, one hd no [protected] two no 41100462 and three no 41770579. There has been complete disruption of services. Hd connection abruptly disconnected without notice a week back. Asked to visit their office in galleria market to fill forms which i have done twice. Till date, hd working on sd only few free channels other working very partially. Twice again, i have sent filled up forms and making atleast 15 calls per day but no effect.
Issues 1 no complaint number system 2. Despite all efforts, unable to activate connection 3. Package for hd most ineffective and highly priced without any clarity to customers. 4 den cable has made pricing more expensive than we were paying earlier system. 5 not able to view tv and harassed whole week sorting this out but unsuccessful
Need immediate activation
I am 82 years old and running around due inefficient system
I will not pay bill for this period, if at all the connection comes up.
