Received a product yesterday (Ordered from you, dr cook utensils worth 1250rs. The product is extremely pathetic and i raised complaint immediately to your customer support ([protected])
Today i get a call from mr sumit ([protected]) saying "we don't take products return, no refund, replacement possible and just because you don't like the product". Is this how e-commerce policy acts nowadays? Unethically robbing money for fake products like this and provide no service further as soon as you get our money.
I want to return the product and need the refund at any cost.
The utensils are too small than what they show completely - very small, different colour, very delicate and low-quality. I'm going further to launch a complaint at consumer court and i have enough things to prove.
This will be brought front to the media and notified to every consumer on how tv-shop products and a warning to the clients are soon shared. The consumer has all the right to get the appropriate product for the value provided. This injustice and scam is not tolerated Was this information helpful? |
