On 17th of august I had gone to an ATM of dena bank and withdrew 4000 inr but due to the machine problem money was not able to completely dispense from the ATM hence it took the money again this happened for 2-3 times and then the watchman told he would restart the machine. So no one else can take the money, but still it was debited from my account.. And on 21st of august I registered a complaint in my nearest bank (dena bank dombivili west) and they said we have to go to the home branch (prabhadevi branch) and there as well they were not ready to hear us out and said we have to contact customer care. So we did contact and a complaint was finally raised with the complaint id DBEV[protected] without informing us the complaint was resolved and said we will not be getting the money. And they could have resolved the complaint on the first watching the ATM cctv camera but they stretched it so much and due to their machine problem and not servicing it properly we have lost our money, I am closing all my accounts from dena bank, thank you dena bank for your such a ridiculous behavior. As it is I'm not gonna get my money back; even if it was a nominal amount but tomorrow it could be a huge amount. So I want to spread the awareness among all the consumers of Dena bank about non cooperative behaviour of staff call centre and service Was this information helpful? |
