Dena Bank — for amount debit from account of rs 1500

Dear sir,
I have registered a complaint regarding debit of 1500 rs amount on[protected]. The ticket no was [protected]. But still this complaint open. I have not get my 1500 rs. Actually problem is that i was withdrawaling from sbi atm on[protected] at 18:30 amount of 3000. But unfortunately i have gotten only 1500 rs. Rest 1500 i have not get till time. So please help me.

Mane 14 spt.ko mo.recharge ₹399 ka karvaya tha .time error aa gaya . balance kat gaya or recharge nahi hua.or balance refund bhi nahi hua
