Dena Bank — internet banking payment not refunded

I have made rs.399.00 to idea prepaid transaction through google pay Dena bank ac.[protected] Kollam branch on 1st Dec 2019. same day i have done 2 mobile charging one with idea and one with Vodaphone. both shown payment failure and Vodaphone i got refund. but idea didnot received. i have complained in the bank so many times and didnt get any response. kindly go through
