Dena Bank — lean amount not released

Hi Dena team,

I have saving bank account is in Dena bank and I feel regret for that cause of poor service of Bank for customers.
My account no is 007*****02****19 with the name of ****** Mistry, I applied for RITES ipo through this bank account and I didn't get any allotment for this ipo but the respective amount is still in lien balance in My account after almost a week of allotment date.

Mu branch is Dahisar branch ifsc code is BKDN0460786 the branch is located at Dahisar,

Please do needful asap.

Sir, I have an current A/C in your reputed bank, branch:Kharghar 410210.
I unable to login my net banking from yesterday(2-7-18)i have already visited bank . But yet my problem is not solved. I am facing many problems because of this . So, i request you to solve this problem as early as possible.
