Dena Bank — money debited for unknown reason

I received an SMS at 02:54pm on 15/09/19 from dena bank that an amount of Rs 236 was debited from my bank account. I am unaware of the reason. So I request the bank to tell me why that amount was debited without my knowledge. I cannot visit the bank so is there any means by which I can check this online? Any help will be highly appreciated. Thank you.

My account number[protected] i use atm to withdraw money at this atm center amount is 10, 000 i cannot take a money but less the amount to my account i already complaint so many times but u did not responsible to return my money 10, 000 please help to transfer my money 10, 000urgent

Is DBEW[protected] dtd. 13/11/19 .
