Dena Bank — Money not refunded back

I made a payment at paytm of a product 3 times of rs.1485 each i.e. total of rs 4455 and all the 3 times the payment was rejected by bank. Its been 2 months now, neither the amount has been reflected back in my bank account nor in my paytm wallet. i contacted paytm, and they are saying that the money has been refunded from their end.
Please look into the matter and refund my money back.
