Dena Bank — not receiving check book or atm card

Hello sir, I am Subrata Koner an account holder of your bank, borjora branch bankura dist. West Bengal. I open an savings account on 16/05/2015 but till now not receiving any letter for cheque book and ATM card. I personally visit your branch but your officers behave very rudely and told we have nothing to do, if you want you close your account, we have enough customer if one is gone no matter.
