My father has pension and savings accounts with dena bank, sector 6, vashi, navi mumbai 400703. Due to problems with the website, online banking access was blocked (After multiple login attempts). I approached them on june 5, 2018 and was told that the officer in charge, sudeep kullu was away and that they did not know when he would be back. I was advised to call and enquire if he was back. When i tried the landline number provided, it was inaccessible. When i visited the bank again, i was told that i should email the bank with the problem. I emailed and mr. Kullu responded saying that access has been restored. When we checked, login was restored but we were unable to perform any transactions, the website said that our transactions were not authorized. Since then, i have emailed the bank on june 8 and june 11, but have received no response. Since my father is aged and cannot leave the house, online banking is his only option. It is terrible that it has been almost 3 weeks and that they have not been able to solve a simple issue. Aged, senior citizens should not be treated like this. Was this information helpful? |
