Dena Bank — Re. Fund deducted against declined transation

Resp sir,
This is regarding our a/c[protected] where the amount was deducted from account against the declined transaction shown in merchant machine.

We have swapped our card having for shopping how ever during transaction done the machine showed the transaction declined where as no msg for fund deduction was received from bank.
After checking the account statement we have found the funds were deducted with transaction if prcr/[protected]/[protected]:08:40/bs.

We have also check the account at musadai lal where we have done the transaction and the amount was not cr in their account as well.


We have checked and till today the amount was not returned in our account.

Please help by doing the need full on urgent basis.
