Dena Bank — regarding branch manager

Sir my acct was credit by 3000. I receive an sms that my acct is credit by 3000. But when i go to bank for debit tha money the casier say that there in no credit in your acct. I have tranjection reference no and tell them to check with tha tranjection no. Then the branch manager said that "its not our job, ham kitno ka check karte rahege." this incident is regarding dena bank badhal jaipur rajasthan. So plz do tha needful.
