Dena Bank — regarding refund amount transferred from amazon to my account is not added still in my account

I have asked for refund amount which is transferred from amazon to my account is not added still can u check it with a refund reference number #105455 i have been waiting neraly one and half months u people are not responsible and i have been trying to contact u people are too irresponsible i need my money of rupees 2000 with in 1 week otherwise i will file a case in consumer court and i will ask for a nashta eedu so mind it

I had received a message from dena bank at 12:04pm on[protected] that amount of Rs 177 debited from my account on date[protected].i m unaware of the reason .so I request bank to tell me, why that amount was debited without my knowledge
