Dena Bank — regarding request given for my return of insurance policies given for bank guarantee in the year 2003 to 2006

This mail i sent to bank manager and to complain desk too on 15.03.2018, yet no respond from bank manger. Please check the same and do the needful.
"this is in reference to my visit at bank on 8th march-2018. I have request you to return my policies which has given to your bank against provision of bank guarantee, in the year 2003. Xerox of paper is submitted to your bank.

As the record was more than 10 year old you told me to give you some time to check the same.

Today when i called you regarding same you said you could not find any record and can not help me for same.

You also said that why should you check such old records and i do not have any right to ask for such documents now after so long, as you are not responsible for same. When i told you to give me in writhing that you are unable to help me you denied and said that i can go wherever and complain or write to any one regarding same.

I being old customer of dena bank never though of such reply from my bank or bank manager.

I will once again request you to help me.
