Dena Bank — use hdfc bank for money debit but money not revive but transition success

I was used my Dena Bank ATM Card ([protected]) for many withdraw using HDFC BANK ATM Machine at Prince Rezidenzia, Shriperumbudur Chennai.Amount was deduction from my account but i was not received cash in hand of 10000 Rs .So Please Action on this transition.
