I, Akanksha Gupta purchased a property with complete legal verification of the property in July 2021, duly paying all the necessary charges and the same was registered on my name. When I proceeded for floor plan approval, the floor plan was rejected and I was informed that floor plans are not getting approved because of ongoing eco-sensitive zone issue in and around that area.
My question to the needed authorities is that why such sort of details weren't disclosed when site seeing happened, the seller didn't inform us of the dispute neither the legal verification which was requested had the details and finally when registration was done with all the procedures, then too things were hidden under the rug. Its already been 6 months that I am waiting on the case hearing results between UT and Punjab/Haryana governments to agree on a conclusion between the ESZ zone in and around Sukhna Wildlife Sanctuary, so that the dependent citizens too can proceed with their daily lives.
That land was meant to be house to my family, but now I can’t proceed for construction neither I have finances now to reinvest anywhere. It is very disheartening that inspite of being a lawful citizen of the country, I still have to go through all this, and many more people like me are living in fear, dilemma and distrust in the government.
It is my very very very humble request to respective authorities to please look into this matter and help come to common consensus, so that all the hard earned money which was invested on that land in a hope doesn't get wasted Was this information helpful? |
