Department of posts India — Non receipt of original pli policy,

I have taken a pli policy for rs 500000 in Jan 2007. I have not received any acceptance of pli proposal. My policy no 866330, aps-705035-l, have not received any original pli policy documents so far. Therefore, you are requesting to issue me original Pli policy documents at the earliest. Thank you
