[Resolved] Derby Communications — Dining plus privileges

I have taken the facility of dining plus privileges but there is no use of that there is no customer care service for hyderabad and no one gave me instruction how to use it I need a quick response it's been 2 years taking this facility by paying 7, 500 rs
