My name is Neha Chetan , i have purchased my desktop in 10 months ago and there is a problem in window and some software . and so many times i have looged my complaint in hcl customer care and they have register and ask me for engineer would b coming after 24 hrs but its almost 15 days ago no one is coming and i have complaint daily no one is responding...
