[Resolved]  Hilltop Computers And Communication , Mahavir Tola, Ara — Cpu is start but monitor start very slowly while after purchase

Dear Sir
I Apurva Asthana buying a New Assembel C.P.U before 10 days Date- 11.11.2012 from Hiltop Computer & Communication ,Ground Floor , Sahay Ramjee Complex, Mahabir Tola, Ara, Bhojpur, Bihar.
Sir, My problem is after 2-3 days from buying My C.P.U Is start quickly but Computer Monitor start after 4-5 minute from cpu start.This is a very major fault. 3 TO 4 times I go to shopkeeper. but jaane ka koi phayada nahi hua.
Sir please solve my problem.
