I have purchase Intel DDR2 Motherboard in 2007 from Mumbai (Microzone - Mum. 400004).after warranty in June 2013 power problem detected so given to your service centre - Digicare , refuse to accept for paid service on 19/06/2013. on request taken board ( Good Inward no. GIN[protected].)
on 25/06/2013 return back with reason " Can't detect problem" . Serial no. BTDP797001UD.
If your authorised centre is not capable to detect fault , What is the use of your brand. If your authorised service centre is incapable of finding fault , how can one get repaired? when I am ready to pay service charge, how one can reject the good OR you want to purchase every time new version after warranty?
I think your company's brand image is getting spoiled day by day , as so many people like me return from this DIGICARE service centre.
Hope you take necessary action for this event.
