After calling to just dial, i got call from destination packers and agreed for shipping my luggage of 25 cartoons at 7k. After moving the luggage to their godown, he gave me the invoice for 15k, where he added check post, mathada, insurance, octroi, etc, which was not mentioned earlier.
They are cheating customers by quoting low and after getting luggage in their hands, they are charging more. I had paid 13k, but still i haven't received my luggage. Almost 6days done, everyday they are bluffing me saying, it's in transit.
