Have order a TASCAM MIXCAST 4 mixer on Aug 29, 2022. Invoice screen shot attached. Payment was completed in full. Initially this group has been dodging that the product is no more available in the market.
They wanted to sell some old product as an option.
Once I explained they came and said, they are ordering from parent company and deliver by Sep 15th 2022. The team sent the photograph on WhatsApp stating product received from parent company and due to cost increase I have to pay additional 15k.
Now they sent a way bill no which shows status (refer way bill attachment). But it's showing in transit for past 5 days. The team is not taking phone calls and not responding to messages.
Website doesn't have option to cancel. It's more than 12 days from the date committed for delivery. Please take necessary action and help me with this.
