I am writing it after almost after one month of placing the order.
It was an online order of CASIO Digital clock and pre-payment was done. First glitch is company accepted the order while specific color was out of stock. Initially sales person approached and tried to give different color/model or any other thing of same amount.
Once I denied taking the product in different color and asked for cancel the order they stopped responding.
Initial time there was only acknowledgement and promise on follow-up email and messages now that has also been stopped.
I decided to post this issue at everywhere so others will not get cheated. Guys there are huge gap in DETEC.in process, no SLA, poor customer service, no option of cancellation. If you paid any amount you cannot get it back. Better to avoid it… Was this information helpful? |
