Devika Group — refund not get company is fraud

I am vidit. I booked 2 bhk flat in devika gold homz in greater noida west with a token money of rs. 51000. But due to some financial crises i i was not able to purchase this i ask them for refund. At the time of booking & receiving token money the advisor (Mr. Waseem and mr. Hans ([protected]) of devika group assure me that you will get complete refund of token money when you dont want to buy. From december 2018 i am continuously follow up with hans regarding refund but always give me next date by saying refund will processed after possession or in march, in april. But till date i didnt get any money from devika. Devika group and mr. Hans are very fraud. Dont trust them. If you wants to purchase home from devika then please do not go for it it is very fraud company.
