Dhfl claims that your documents will be available after 21 days upon successful credit of pre-payment whereas their incompetent branch is still unable to handover my original documents.
I've emailed "dhfl response" and still no outcome. Complaint number ccdis02092389
I initially emailed on 25.01.2019 and was in constant touch with dhfl's customer representative of duckback house kolkata, i've called him around 100 times now from jan'19 to till date to trace my original documents.
Responses i received - documents have been sent for audit, our audit team will dispatch this today and you will receive the paperworks within 2 days.
Last response i received on 12.03.2019 - team from hyderabad didn't dispatch the documents to kolkata branch yet. They have returned the documents back to hyderabad branch.
Is this a joke? Dhfl's account was successfully credited on 10.01.2019 via cheque clearance of hdfc bank and till date they didn't handover my documents yet.
I also read that they charge custody fees if documents aren't collected within 60 days so now what about their fault, should they consider providing me compensation on failing to provide documents after 21 days of successful credit of pre-payment?? Was this information helpful? |
