On Dewas Bhopal Corridor, Collection of toll was suspended for three days i.e from 18/3/2018 to 21/3/2018, then also Fastag Systems were kept running by the company and my Prepaid wallet was debited with the Toll Amount on Dewas Bhopal Corridor on 19/3/2018.
On asking for Complaint book at toll plaza no one provided the complaint book.
Company is fraudulently charging toll to passengers.
