Dg Shipping — Not able to book appointment for BSID

I've paid my fees on 3rd March 2022 for the BSID and the transaction was successful but i am not able to book appointment. Whenever i am applying to schedule appointment it shows "Please make payment before applying for appointment".

My SID application number is 168808,
Payment Transaction ID No. - WT[protected]DGSHIP

Kindly guide me through this also find the attached payment receipt for your reference in the red column.

My application number 16424540
I have done payment and scheduled my appointment two times. Now i can’t schedule again its showing “do payment again”. When I try to pay the money its showing payment is active please rectify this issue
