DG Shipping — Regarding the payment and appointment for the SID

Hello sir, this is Jeet Tiwari, on 16th may 2023 I have applied for the SID and done the payment but it's not showing on the website . I'm unable to take the appointment for the SID documents verification, as it is showing that the payment is not done yet, but the payment is completed from my side and the money got deducted from my account, please look into it.
