Good day sir/ma'am,
I, Cdt.Sandeep kumar

CDC No. - KOL 146019
I applied my SID on 12th oct'2023 from chennai MMD.I didn't received my SID card as it has already been more than 4 months from the date of issue and still not dispatched yet. As i contacted chennai mmd they told me that the SID had stucked in Mumbai MMD.
I kindly request you to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
