Dear Sir/Madam
Vande Matram, my complaint for all the airlines who booked tickets in Dec 19 to March 20 for travel period during lock down. All airlines refused to refund for those who booked their tickets Dec 19 to March (before lock down announced) All Airlines issue credit shell for an year or till March 2021.It is very difuclt for passangers to hold their hard earning money with airlines. It is my humble requests to Honbl Civil Aviation minister and DG DGCA to instruct air lines to refund full amount of the tickets immediatly. Was this information helpful? |
