Dgs Sol — demanding more money

Sir i get a call from dgs sol company for the job of form filling. I found it good opportunity and except it. But for 2 days their site was not working so i am unable to complete my work. I complaint about it to their website. Now they are demanding more money 8500 to cancel my agreement. And they have given me only 1 hrs to pay the amount otherwise they take leggal action on me. Sir please help
